As Reco’s Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day execution of our entire revenue operations function. You’ll serve as a cross-functional leader—deeply technical, highly strategic, and execution-focused—responsible for integrating our GTM stack, streamlining operations, and enabling insights and scale across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and the Executive team. You’ll also play a central role in operationalizing AI across GTM workflows to drive efficiency and performance.

  • Collaborate with the CRO and functional leaders to define and iterate on revenue models, forecasting, pipeline health, and process enhancements.
  • Operationalize territory design, lead routing, quota planning, comp planning, and sales enablement.

Systems Management & Integration

  • Serve as primary administrator and systems owner for all GTM tools, including:
  • Salesforce (CRM): System architecture, automation, data hygiene, and user administration.
  • HubSpot: Marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, campaign attribution.
  • Clay, Unify, Factors.ai: Data enrichment, integrations, and advanced analytics.
  • Gong, Slack: Sales insights, conversational intelligence, workflow automation.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in Salesforce and across all integrated systems through proactive data governance, hygiene rules, deduplication strategies, and validation processes.
  • Develop and maintain a clean and scalable data architecture across systems, enabling accurate and trustworthy analytics.

Reporting, Analytics & Board Readiness

  • Build and own all reporting, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce—pipeline, forecasting, conversion metrics, and GTM performance.
  • Partner with Finance and the CRO to prepare board meeting materials and executive-level analyses.
  • Create standardized reporting cadences and enable self-serve dashboards for cross-functional leaders.

AI Integration & Innovation

  • Be a key stakeholder in Reco’s AI initiative by identifying high-impact opportunities to leverage AI across GTM processes (e.g., lead scoring, forecasting, email personalization, task automation).
  • Partner with internal AI teams to test and deploy AI tools that streamline operational workflows and enhance seller/CS productivity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations roles (Manager, Architect, or above), with increasing scope and leadership.
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration, system architecture, integrations, and automation.
  • Proven track record in maintaining high data quality standards in CRM systems, including experience with deduplication, data validation, enrichment workflows, and governance best practices.
  • Experience owning and integrating complex GTM systems (HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Clay, Factors.ai, Unify, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in building dashboards and modeling revenue data.
  • Experience supporting executive teams with board-level reporting and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated success in rolling out AI or automation solutions in GTM workflows.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment; a bias for action and ownership.
