Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, functional, and welcoming workspace.
  • Manage office supplies, IT equipment, food & beverages, and merchandise orders.
  • Maintain and update office policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Track office-related expenses, ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time.
  • Act as the go-to person for employee queries regarding office-related issues.
  • Be part of planning and executing employee wellness activities and initiatives to enhance company culture.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing workstations and office essentials for new hires.
  • Lead and coordinate Employee Experience programs, including team events, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure that the office environment reflects the company’s values and contributes to employee well-being.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and creative approach to improving office operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Experience in leading employee engagement or culture initiatives – a strong plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant – a plus.
  • Familiarity with startup environments and the ability to adapt to changing needs – a plus.
