Description

As a leader in Dynamic SaaS Security, Reco is eliminating the "SaaS Security Gap" driven by the rapid growth of apps, AI agents, and identities. Backed by top-tier investors (Insight Partners, Zeev Ventures) and strategically partnered with industry giants like AWS and Palo Alto Networks, Reco is rapidly growing in a multi-billion dollar cybersecurity market. Join us to shape the future of enterprise security.

Responsibilities

  • Own End-to-End Feature Design: Drive the design process from initial concept through to final launch, ensuring a high-quality, seamless user experience.
  • Lead Strategic User Research: Plan and execute comprehensive research initiatives to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Influence Product Strategy: Partner with Product Management and Engineering to leverage research insights and design expertise to define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Enhance and Evolve Product Areas: Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing product areas and complex user flows, such as multi-step workflows, AI components, and data visualization dashboards.
  • Scale the Design System: Contribute to and evolve our Design System, focusing on systems thinking, accessibility standards, and maintaining component consistency across platforms.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Effectively communicate and align design strategy and rationale with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and Set Standards: Help establish and elevate design best practices and quality standards across the product team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in Product Design (UX/UI) for complex web applications, preferably data-heavy B2B, SaaS applications, or AI components
  • End-to-End Delivery: Proven ability to ship features from concept to launch (flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI) using tools like Figma.
  • User Research: Be able to lead user research: designing full research plans, conducting testing (usability, interviews), and synthesizing findings into a clear business case, not just a design change.
  • Product Influence: Track record of successfully collaborating with PMs and Engineering to define what to build and influence product roadmaps using data and research insights.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity. Highly skilled at managing extreme ambiguity and simplifying complex user flows and data visualization challenges.
  • Design System: Strong experience contributing to or scaling a Design System, with a focus on component consistency and accessibility.
  • Growth Mindset: Strong opinion, loosely held. Must be confident in design rationale but humble and willing to pivot based on new data or team input.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communication skills for presenting and articulating design strategy to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Prototyping: Mastery of prototyping to convey complex interactions (e.g., drag-and-drop, data filtering, micro-interactions).

You may be a good fit, if you've consistently designed production features in a fast-moving environment, enjoy collaboration, love sweating the details of user experience, and take pride in solving customer problems.
