Description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own and scale our hiring efforts end-to-end. You’ll work closely with founders and hiring managers, act as a trusted advisor, and help build the foundations of a high-performing team.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building recruiting processes from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Product & R&D roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, team goals, and growth plans.
- Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and creative channels.
- Manage and optimize the candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance.
- Drive interview processes, including scheduling, feedback loops, and offer management.
- Build and refine recruiting processes, tools, and metrics as we scale.
- Strengthen our employer brand and represent the company to candidates and partners.
- Use data to track hiring performance and continuously improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition or recruiting (startup or high-growth environment preferred).
- Experience hiring for multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Hands-on sourcing expertise and a strong candidate-first mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruiting tech.
