About The Role:

As the Head of Sales, reporting to the company's CEO, you will lead our sales team and drive the execution of our sales strategy. Your leadership will ensure our sales processes are efficient, and our department meets its goals on time.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, that can build sales team, processes and infrastructure from scratch.


  • Lead the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from relationship building to negotiation and contracting.
  • Team Management: Oversee the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Reporting: Create comprehensive sales reports and deliver feedback to the leadership team during company meetings.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing detailed sales forecasts.


  • 6+ years of experience in sales
  • 3+ years leading sales teams
  • Experience as head of sales in a growing company
  • Experience with B2B sales, preferably selling technology to low-tech and SMBs
  • Experience building a sales team from scratch
  • Experience in training on direct-to-consumer sales strategies
  • High energy and stamina to perform at a consistently high level
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
