We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Product to join our dynamic team. This leader will be tech-savvy, data-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills. The role demands creativity, a customer-obsessed mindset, and flexibility for travel. With a strong background in product management, technology leadership, and customer support, this individual will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, execution, and optimization of capabilities across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Planning - Drive roadmap planning, KPIs and execution for new and existing services that help meet customer demands and revenue goals
- Strategic Leadership: Play a key role in the executive team that shapes the company's vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth and success
- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and analysts, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and empower our customers through their digital transformation.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Market Engagement - Gather and use insights from customers, partners, and the advisory board for product planning.
Requirements
- Outcomes - Define and track business metrics to measure success while promoting product adoption and support both internally and externally.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, technology leadership, or related roles, with a history of driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of leadership roles with at least 3 different companies, including 2 startups in their early stages.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, set a clear vision, and drive results in a dynamic environment, while demonstrating a strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for developing solutions and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and features that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
- Focused on driving business impact and achieving measurable outcomes, with a comfort in using data and analytics for decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet business and project needs.
