About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Sensi.ai. In this role, you will own the entire sales process, from generating and nurturing leads to negotiating and closing deals. You will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and growth while shaping the sales strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, contract negotiation, closing deals, client retention, and upselling.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions to drive client interest and conversion.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and communicate how Sensi.ai provides value to solve their challenges while cultivating long-term, strategic relationships with them.
  • Design and execute outbound strategies and campaigns, building your own pipeline of opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and refine campaigns and sales processes to enhance performance and outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal business and technology teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Requirements

  • Sales Dynamo: 2+ years of Account Executive experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in B2B environments. Demonstrate the ability to build and manage complex sales pipelines effectively.
  • Strategic Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to forge and maintain relationships with strong consultative selling skills focusing on value-based solutions. Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Startup Navigator: Thrives in dynamic and ambiguous environments. Showcases resourcefulness and adaptability. Comfortable working onsite 4 days/week in a collaborative team setting.
  • Process Optimizer: Experience in developing and refining sales processes. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology stack.
  • Mission-Driven Professional: Passionate about improving elder care through technology. Demonstrates alignment with company values and long-term vision. Shows commitment to personal and professional growth.
