About the Role
Join us as an GTM Operations Manager, where you’ll drive go-to-market (GTM) and field operations at the intersection of hardware, suppliers, and end-users. Your expertise will enable successful product launches, supplier onboarding, and field event roll-outs—ensuring startups and tech clients get operational excellence and customer delight from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM project management, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Execute customer events and field operations, traveling as needed to customer sites, trade shows, overseeing logistics, setup, and real-time execution.
- Oversee supply chain and inventory management, forecasting needs, reducing shortages, and optimizing fulfillment.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors, managing procurement cycles, delivery schedules, and contract adherence.
- Use your tech and hardware background to ensure seamless operations between product delivery and market demand.
- Continuously improve processes, leveraging metrics to drive efficiency across projects, inventory, and field operations.
Requirements
- Proven background (5+ years) in operations or program management within tech, hardware, or supply chain environments.
- Strong track record in GTM or field project execution for events, customer rollouts, and launch scenarios.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management and supplier/vendor coordination.
- Hands-on experience in field operations, ensuring readiness and execution control.
- Thrives in startup and high-growth settings, comfortable managing big priorities with lean resources.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, able to navigate technical, vendor, and customer audiences with clarity.
- Self-starter with project ownership able to plan strategically, anticipate risks, and adapt on the fly.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to support business needs.
