As we scale rapidly across the U.S. and beyond, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and executive team as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of a category-defining company at a moment of inflection.

As Chief of Staff, you will operate as an extension of the CEO, leading high-priority initiatives and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at both strategy and execution, and wants to build a company that truly matters.

This role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work setup, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiatives: Drive critical projects across GTM, product, partnerships, and operations.
• CEO Leverage: Act as a trusted partner to the CEO—amplify bandwidth, prepare internal & external briefings, identify bottlenecks, and manage priorities across time zone and help the company move even faster.
• Executive Team Enablement: Coordinate exec team alignment on OKRs, quarterly planning, and high-impact cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in top-tier consulting, or executive operating role in VC-backed hyper scale startups (COS, COO, Product, Strategy, etc.)
• High EQ together with strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Proven track record of getting things done in ambiguous environments.
• Mission-driven mindset and desire to make real impact in the way our loved ones are aging.
