Description

About the role:

We’re seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to lead the evolution of Sensi’s care intelligence platform. This role bridges data science, product, and customer value - turning our unique, real-world care data into actionable insights and scalable products.

You’ll collaborate across teams - with data scientists, engineers, clinical experts, GTM, and customers - to bring new data-driven capabilities from ideation to market impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the data product roadmap from concept to launch, ensuring every initiative ties to clear customer and business value.
  • Work closely with the data science team to define requirements, guide model development, and validate detections and insights.
  • Define acceptance criteria and KPIs for AI and ML-driven features, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and clinical relevance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, clinical, and GTM teams to operationalize data and algorithms into usable, high-impact features.
  • Validate and iterate with customers, incorporating feedback to continuously improve insight quality and usability.
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage Sensi’s proprietary data for innovative, high-value use cases.
  • Drive measurable outcomes by tracking post-launch adoption, accuracy, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on data, AI, or ML products.
  • Proven experience working with data science teams to build and scale AI-driven products.
  • A track record of building products from 0→1 through to growth and scale.
  • Experience across at least two SaaS startups that matured their product from early stage to growth phase.
  • Strong analytical and technical understanding of data, model validation, and product metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with engineers, scientists, domain experts (clinicians), and customers.
  • Deep customer orientation and the ability to translate data capabilities into tangible value.
  • Background in healthcare, aging, or wellbeing industries - a plus, not a must.
  • AI-native mindset — comfortable working with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks, and able to translate their capabilities into product value.
