Position Summary:

As the first AI employee at Slice, you will lead the AI division in the rapidly growing startup. This role involves spearheading the development and integration of AI technologies across the platform to optimize the management and understanding of employee equity plans globally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI strategies that align with their mission of simplifying global equity management.
• Build and lead a team of AI specialists in designing and deploying machine learning models to enhance our service offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI, applying cutting-edge research to keep our platform at the forefront of technology.
• Manage the entire AI lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

What Youʼll Bring:

• Proven experience in leading AI initiatives and teams in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
• Lead AI Engineer
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the role of AI in business.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and software engineering.
• Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
