This role is both strategic and operational, with real influence on culture, hiring, leadership, and employee experience. You will work closely with the founders while also serving as a trusted partner and safe space for employees across the company.

About The Role
We are looking for a strong, hands-on HR Manager to build and lead the entire HR function from the ground up. This role is both strategic and operational, with real influence on culture, hiring, leadership, and employee experience. You will work closely with the founders while also serving as a trusted partner and safe space for employees across the company.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead all recruitment efforts - including technological hiring and business/support roles such as Customer Success and other key functions.
- Build structured processes from scratch - interview frameworks, evaluation methods, onboarding programs, performance processes, and also structured and compliant offboarding processes.
- You will ensure HR compliance and best practices in both Israel and the US, either through your own knowledge or by managing the right legal and payroll partners.
- You will serve as a bridge between founders and employees - creating trust, transparency, and healthy communication across the organization.
- Support employees on a personal and professional level - career growth conversations, development plans, sensitive situations, and day-to-day guidance.
- Standing your ground with leadership, providing honest feedback, challenging decisions when needed, and bringing a balanced people perspective to business decisions.
- Ownership of building, maintaining, and strengthening company culture - preserving what works while improving what needs to evolve as the company scales.
- Proven experience leading HR in a growing startup or tech company.
- Strong experience in tech recruitment.
- Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience working with US-based teams or stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Confidence, maturity, and the ability to influence leadership.
- A builder mindset - someone who can create structure where none exists
