Role Summary

we’re looking for an Account Executive who is ready to jump in and make a big impact. We need someone who’s adaptable, eager to learn, and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be at the forefront of our company, engaging directly with potential clients and driving the full sales cycle towards successful closings.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients, demonstrating how Uplifted’s solutions meet their needs.
Lead the sales process from start to finish—this includes prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and sealing the deal.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce.
Collaborate with our product, marketing, and other teams, sharing feedback from your conversations with prospects to help us improve and evolve.
Help identify new opportunities for customer growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

What You Bring to the Team:

At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills—you’re good at talking to people and even better at listening.
A knack for handling details and keeping things organized.
Comfort with using Salesforce to manage your work.
You’re proactive and not afraid to step up when you see an opportunity to do things better.
