Description

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Customer Success (CS), Delivery and Marketing. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining operational processes and systems that drive efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with department heads to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies, maintain system integrity (with a focus on Salesforce), and support reporting and forecasting processes. As the COO's right-hand person, you will help gather, structure, and analyze data to provide clear insights into pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

Process Design & Implementation:

  • Partner with GTM leaders to design, build, and implement efficient processes across Sales, CS, and Delivery teams.
  • Monitor and ensure the successful adoption of these processes.

Systems Management:

  • Act as the primary owner of Salesforce, marketing operations and other GTM systems.
  • Build and maintain system infrastructure to align with GTM processes and support scale.
  • Ensure data integrity and system maintenance across platforms.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to GTM leaders and the COO.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the COO to provide operational support and insights for GTM decision-making.
  • Drive alignment between processes, systems, and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in Revenue Operations roles or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years as a certified Salesforce Admin.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS companies at large scale. (ARR of $25M–$100M preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in scaling GTM processes and systems.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, bring ideas to the table, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record in supporting sizable Sales, CS and Marketing teams selling to Enterprise organizations.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Salesforce development experience.
