Description
We are looking for an excellent Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in New York!
This role is a critical addition to our Live Clients Teams, which are responsible for ensuring the ongoing success and stability of our clients' predictive models.
In this role, you will serve as the primary Data Analyst for our North America clients, working closely with New York-based Client Partners. You will ensure the stability and performance of predictive models, retrain and develop new models as needed, and create analytical approaches for a growing portfolio of clients. Collaborating with Data Analyst, Data Operations, Product, and R&D teams, you will analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and help build scalable data analysis infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Data Analyst for our North America clients, working closely with New York-based Client Partners.
- Ensure the stability and accuracy of our predictive models through analysis and complex problem-solving.
- React to clients' data changes, analyze model and feature drifts, and retrain models as necessary to maintain performance.
- Train new models to support clients through changes in their product, business, or marketing strategies.
- Develop new techniques and analytical approaches to support a constantly growing portfolio of live clients.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Tel Aviv-based Data Analyst Teams, Data Operations (monitoring and alerting), Product, and R&D teams.
- Be in charge of analyzing complex datasets and translating them into valuable insights.
- Build data analysis infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role – must.
- B.Sc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent – must.
- Mastery in SQL and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of large ETL processes and massive data pipelines – must.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, particularly for effective collaboration with remote teams.
- Ability to work independently on large projects, and to rapidly shift focus when urgent tasks arise.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP – advantage.
- Experience working in a Linux environment – advantage.
- Coding skills - Python (and Pandas), Bash – advantage.
- Experience in the Marketing industry – advantage.
