Description

We're looking for a sharp, independent, and highly analytical Meta expert to join our growing Delivery team!

This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role.You'll be the go-to person for everything Meta across our client portfolio: building strategy, running campaigns, analyzing performance, and ultimately cracking the code on how to drive meaningful growth through Meta's ecosystem.

You'll sit within the Delivery organization, working closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to deliver real results. If you're the kind of person who digs deep into data, thinks independently, and thrives on solving complex performance challenges - this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product team to design features that optimize data signals and unlock Meta’s advanced bidding algorithms.
  • Partner with developers to architect technical request structures and API integrations for seamless platform performance.
  • Own and execute Meta advertising strategies end-to-end across multiple client accounts
  • Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and beyond)
  • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and drive decisions
  • Serve as the in-house Meta authority - advising clients and internal teams on best practices, new features, and platform changes
  • Troubleshoot performance issues independently and proactively bring solutions to the table
  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery team to align Meta strategy with broader client goals
  • Stay on top of Meta's evolving ad ecosystem, testing new formats, audiences, and approaches
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and results clearly to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, and measurement
  • Strong analytical mindset - you're comfortable working with data and turning numbers into actionable insights
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, BI/visualization tools, Excel) - you can pull and manipulate data independently
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision - you think for yourself and take ownership
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-facing orientation - you can explain complex topics clearly and build trust with stakeholders
  • Sharp problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS, adtech, or growth-focused environment - a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional paid channels (Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads)
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and attribution models
  • Background in performance marketing within an agency or client services setting
